John Rector is the President of Mind Media Group, a digital media production company and Creative Director of Social Media Target, LLC. He focuses on orginal campaign creation and management that produce the desired results. He presently manages over 40 brands and 500,000 post views and interactions on a daily basis. He creates, produces and distributes original and exclusive content on a daily basis. He has extensive experience and knowledge in the areas of sales, marketing, production management, supply chains and the electronics industry. He's worked with Prime Ministers and software developers alike.
John has over 25 years experience in management, sales, marketing, product development, offering management and applied research with IBM Corporation.

Ronii Bartles, Bartles and Associates
Founder and owner, Ronii Bartles, started Bartles & Associates as a solution to a business problem. She was working for a company that needed to cut expenses and she decided to start B&A. Her philosophy is to have create brands that not only concentrate on external branding and marketing communications but internal communications so that organizations grow in every department. She believes in the ingenious and innovative blending of visual identity with effective marketing strategy and that is what makes B&A unique.
Ronii graduated from Shepherd University in 1999. While an undergraduate student, Ronii studied Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and a minor in French. After moving to Charleston, SC she continued her education obtaining her MBA from The Citadel in 2006.
Ronii's professional experience has been in project and business management for various organizations. After moving to the Charleston area, her first professional position was as the Merchandising Coordinator in Single Copy at the Post and Courier. Later, she went to work for America's Research Group as the Director of Operations. At ARG, Ronii learned the ins and outs of consumer behavior and project management while assisting the owner with business operations. In 2006 and after graduating with her MBA, she looked for a career challenge and found it at W5 in Chapel Hill, NC where she worked in business management organizing and streamlining W5's business operations. Ronii's education and professional experience gives her a unique approach to organizational behavior and its affect on the small business and her consumer behavior experience gives her an edge in understanding consumers and marketing strategies and trends.
Ronii is originally from Martinsburg, WV and is an active volunteer in the community and has been involved with Big Brothers Big Sisters for over eight years.
Pam Hartley, Mometum Marketing
Pam Hartley is a 20-year marketing veteran and Founder of Momentum Marketing, a Charleston, South Carolina based company.
Her diverse skills are an invaluable asset to any business or individual with a desire to create the next level of growth. She leads the company with expertise in database marketing, public relations, multi-media creative production, direct mail, promotions, media negotiations, branding, web development, social media, Hispanic media and more.
She founded Momentum in 2005 integrating human dynamics coaching, organizational coaching, team building, grass roots marketing and holistic marketing to her approach.

Pam is co-founder of the The Charleston Basket Brigade, which has raised $63,730 to feed more than 12,500 people on Thanksgiving 2008-2010 . She also co-founded the The South Carolina Yes Group, located in Charleston, South Carolina that provides a platform for international speakers and authors to deliver personal development workshops to local residents.
She is also a passionate volunteer in the personal development industry, traveling the world and empowering others to make their dreams a reality. In 2007, she created and led the international 8-week teleconference series, “Unleash The Power Together” and served as Chairperson of the Global Tony Robbins Graduate Community for two years. Pam leads the Professional Development Steering Committee for The East Cooper Entrepreneurial Women (ECEW) non-profit organization serving professional women throughout the Charleston, SC community. Marcie Jacobs is a 20+ year advertising pro who's new passion is that of an entrepreneur game developer as the the Creator and Chief Story Starter for StoryClub Games. It started with a dream where her book club couldn't agree on what to read next and, therefore, decided to write their own story. That dream turned into a vision where groups of friends gather to connect, create, and laugh their heads off writing stories together. From concept to completion in a year, the debut edition, Girls' Night StoryClub, is being touted as the NEW book club.
Marcie's goal this year is to get ten million women laughing while experiencing StoryClub. She is in full agreement that one of the best things women can do for their health is is to nurture their girlfriend relationships and she intends for StoryClub to be the catalyst.

Jeff Vinzani, Nexsen Pruet

Jeff Vinzani is a Commercial Real Estate and Finance attorney with Nexsen Pruet, LLC in Charleston, South Carolina. Although he practices in many areas of business law, his major focus is on complex real estate and finance transactions. His real estate experience includes a wide range of matters involving commercial, office, retail and industrial development and leasing. He also handles matters such as permitting and zoning, tax-deferred exchange transactions and title insurance. His finance experience includes real estate lending, asset-based lending and secured transactions and he has extensive experience representing a wide variety of banking and financial institutions in complex transactions, as well as workouts, loan sales, debt modification, and collections. He has been named "Best in his Field" in Real Estate Law by Chambers USA 2008 - America's Leading Guide for Business and is listed in Best Lawyers in America.
Jeff is heavily involved in his community and state. He is the past Chairman of the Real Estate Practices Section of the South Carolina Bar and Chairman of the Developers Council of the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce. That group is comprised of members of the Chamber who represent various sectors of the real estate development community. He previously served as the Ninth Circuit Governor on the Board of Governors of the University of South Carolina and was honored in 1998 with the Distinguished Alumnus Award by the University’s Honors College. He is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Urban Land Institute.
When not practicing law, Jeff has served as a Deacon at East Cooper Baptist Church. He was a Vice President and Member of the Board of Trustees of the Charleston Stage Company, a local theater group based in historic Dock Street Theater and is past President of the Charleston County Carolina Alumni Club. In 2000, the Charleston Regional Business Journal honored Jeff with the 40 under 40 Award, which recognizes 40 of Charleston's brightest business stars younger than 40.
